  • Water Marks: MPC Printmakers at the PGAC

    In conjunction with the MPC Printmakers' exhibition "Water Marks: Fine Art Printmaking", on display at the Pacific Grove Art Center Feb 22 - April 4, the club hosted a free community printmaking day.

  • Visual Telephone & Current Voyages (2007)

    In 2007, the MPC Printmakers joined with The Pacific Island Printmakers of Kona and the Holualoa Foundation for Art and Culture at the Donkey Mill Art Center in Holualoa, Hawaii, for an exciting series of exchange exhibitions and workshops.

  • Prints in Space: Prawat Laucharoen (2008)

    In the summer of 2008, the MPC Printmakers collaborated with the Monterey Peninsula College Art Gallery and the MPC Art Department to bring internationally known artist Prawat Laucharoen to Monterey.

  • Mélange (2010)

    Mélange, an 18-month long project based on the theme of food, resulted in two complementary cookbooks, each illustrated with accompanying prints; Mélange: Come for the Art, Stay for the Food, and its sister Mélange: Come for the Food, Stay for the Art.

  • Kindred: An Exchange Portfolio Project (2012)

    This exciting project exchanges editions of prints on the theme of Kindred, between members of the MPC Printmakers and Magpie Studios in Adelaide, Australia. Eight editions, chosen by Master Printer Fanny Retsek, of the ICA Print Center in San Jose, will be exchanged with editions by Magpie printmakers.
